1. Delivery method
QB Services supplies digital marketing and website services remotely. Deliverables are provided through the email, secure file-sharing location, website environment or business account agreed in your quote. We do not ship physical goods, so physical shipping charges and returns do not apply to these services.
2. Start dates and delivery times
The written quote gives the expected start date, milestone dates and final delivery date before payment. We do not use one blanket delivery estimate for all projects because scope and access requirements vary.
Work starts when the scope is accepted, the agreed initial payment is received and required content or access is available. Any change to the timetable is explained and agreed with you. We do not treat a lack of response as acceptance of a new charge.
3. What is delivered
- Website work: the pages, features, files or site access expressly listed in the quote.
- SEO work: the agreed audit, keyword research, recommendations or implemented changes.
- Advertising work: the agreed campaign plan, ad material, setup and performance report.
Included revisions, handover items and any licensed assets are stated in the project scope. Items outside the scope require approval before they are added.
4. Reviewing the work
We notify you when a deliverable is ready and explain how to access it. You can identify missing items or issues against the agreed scope and request included corrections. Access instructions and handover records help both parties confirm what was delivered.

5. Delays and non-delivery
If delivery is delayed, we explain the reason, what is affected and the proposed next date. If we cannot supply the agreed work, we discuss an alternative only with your agreement or refund the undelivered prepaid portion. More favorable refund or legal rights continue to apply.
Report missing delivery or an access problem with your order reference. We aim to acknowledge the issue within 2 business days.
6. Project availability
Availability is confirmed in the quote and depends on the service, location and applicable restrictions. We accept only work we are lawfully able to provide and do not promise worldwide availability. No physical delivery area or delivery fee applies.
