1. Tell us you want to cancel
You may request cancellation at any point through the email or phone listed on our support page. Include your name and an order reference if available. We record the request when received and confirm which work will stop.
We aim to acknowledge the request within 2 business days. A clear cancellation request does not need a special form, and an internal processing delay does not move your request date.
2. Within 14 days of payment
If your cancellation also requests a refund within 14 calendar days after a service payment, that payment qualifies for the full refund described in our Refund policy, even if work has started. Tell us if you want both cancellation and a refund; we will clarify if your request is unclear.
3. Later cancellations
If work has not started, unused service fees are refunded. If part of the work has been delivered, we provide an itemized account of delivered and undelivered work using the agreed scope and price. Prepaid fees for undelivered work are returned.
We do not add an undisclosed cancellation penalty. Direct charges from another supplier, such as your advertising platform or hosting provider, must be cancelled with that supplier.
4. No automatic renewal
Our current model uses individual project quotes. This website does not enroll you in a subscription, an automatically renewing plan or recurring card charges. A new project or extension needs a separately accepted scope and price.
If recurring services are offered in the future, their amount, frequency, renewal date, cancellation method and notice requirements will be presented for express agreement before recurring billing begins.
5. Work and access after cancellation
We explain what has been completed, what will be handed over under the agreed licence terms and what remains unfinished. We coordinate the removal of our account access. Cancellation does not require you to disclose passwords or give up ownership of your accounts.
If we cancel because we cannot deliver the service, we explain the reason and refund undelivered prepaid work. Your full 14-day refund option and statutory rights remain available where applicable.
